Returns Policy

Goods Bought in Error
If notification by email is received prior to goods being despatched a full refund will be made. Goods in good condition and that have not been opened can be returned by applying for an authority by email. Nordale Graphics Australasia Pty Ltd will deduct the return delivery cost and a restocking fee of 30% of the invoice value of the goods from the refund amount.

Damaged Goods
Goods that are physically damaged must not be accepted from the delivery driver who will return the goods to us and a refund will then be made.

Faulty Goods
If goods are found to be faulty then details should be emailed outlining the basis for the claim and you will be contacted so an assessment can be made. Please note that products that have not been properly tested for suitability or have been incorrectly used do not qualify as faulty goods.
